Refund policy

According to applicable law, a customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

1. Return Conditions
 • Returns are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel.
 • The item:
  • must not show signs of use,
  • must be complete, with original tags and in original packaging (if applicable to the product),
  • custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

2. How to Make a Return
 • The item should be sent at your own expense to the address specified in the store's policy or confirmed by customer support.
 • The shipment must include:
  • proof of purchase (receipt, invoice),
  • details for the refund.

3. Refund
 • Money will be refunded within 1–14 days from the moment we receive the returned item.
 • The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the customer agrees to a different option.
