Shipping policy

 1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days from the date of placement. During periods of high demand (e.g., holidays, sales), this time may be extended.
 2. Delivery Methods and Cost
We deliver orders within Poland using courier services such as InPost.
The delivery cost is displayed during the checkout process.
 3. International Delivery
We currently only deliver within Poland. If you are interested in international delivery, please contact us individually.
 4. Shipment Tracking
After dispatching your order, we send a tracking number that allows you to monitor the delivery status.
 5. Uncollected Shipments and Returns to Sender
If an order is not received and is returned to us, re-dispatch will be possible after the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
